1. Who is responsible?

DONMICAN TECHNOLOGY LTD (“Naija Dash”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the Naija Dash website (naijadash.com) and game (app.naijadash.com). Registered office: 9 Anifowoshe Street, Shomolu, Lagos State, Nigeria. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@naijadash.com. We handle personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

2. Information we handle

• Account information: your email address, an account identifier and sign-in session tokens when you create an account or sign in. If you use Google sign-in, Google gives us basic account details such as your email address.
• Game information: progress, unlocked vehicles, in-game ₦ balance, selected vehicle, stage results, scores and leaderboard entries linked to your account.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type and security logs, which are created by our hosting and database providers when you use the service.
• Enquiries: the sponsor form on this site prepares an email in your own email app. Whatever you write reaches us by email, not through a form server.
• Reward details: if you win a reward, we may ask for the details needed to verify you and pay you (for example your name and bank account details for a transfer). We only ask for these for that purpose.

Playing is free. We do not take payments in the game, so we do not collect card details. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Why we use information

• To provide the game, your account, saves and leaderboards (performance of our agreement with you).
• To keep the service secure, prevent cheating and fix problems (our legitimate interests).
• To run reward competitions fairly and pay winners (agreement, legal obligations and legitimate interests).
• To send sponsor or product updates only if you opt in. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

4. Service providers

We use these providers to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Supabase (accounts, saves and leaderboard data), Google (optional sign-in), and open-source library hosts (cdnjs and jsDelivr), which see your IP address when your browser loads game code. If you tap a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp’s own terms apply. These providers process data for us or provide their own services, and we do not allow them to sell your data.

5. International transfers

Some providers store or process data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards the NDPA allows, such as contractual protections.

6. How long we keep information

We keep account and game data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Reward and payment records are kept as long as the law and our accounting needs require. You can ask us to delete your account, unless we must keep some information for security, fraud prevention or legal reasons.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email hello@naijadash.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your sign-in details private.

9. Children

Naija Dash is a driving game for general audiences but is not designed to collect data from children. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian’s permission. You cannot take part in reward competitions. If we learn we hold a child’s data without proper consent, we will delete it.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Naija Dash website (naijadash.com) and game (app.naijadash.com), which are owned and operated by DONMICAN TECHNOLOGY LTD. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Free to play. Not gambling.

Naija Dash is free to play. You never deposit money, place a stake or bet, or pay an entry fee to play or to enter a competition. Naija Dash is not a betting, casino or lottery service. Competition results are based on in-game driving performance, not on chance drawings.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Anyone can play as a guest. Some features need an account. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You must be 18 or older to receive a reward. We may ask you to prove your age and identity before we pay any reward. One person may hold one account for competition purposes.

4. In-game ₦ and items

The ₦ in the game, and vehicles, paints, plates, stickers and horns, are virtual items for use inside the game. You earn ₦ by playing. It cannot be bought with real money, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, redeemed or withdrawn. We may correct balances after errors or cheating.

5. Sponsor-funded rewards and revenue sharing

Naija Dash earns revenue from sponsors and advertisers. DONMICAN TECHNOLOGY LTD may share part of that revenue with players through reward competitions or campaigns that we announce. Each one will state its rules, including who can enter, the dates, how winners are decided, the reward, how and when it is paid, claim deadlines and any verification needed. No reward is promised unless it is stated in those rules. Screens that show simulated rivals, sample leaderboards or demo prize amounts are demonstrations only and are not an offer. We may withhold or cancel a reward for cheating, fraud or false details. You are responsible for any tax on a reward you receive. Playing does not make you an employee, partner or agent of DONMICAN TECHNOLOGY LTD.

6. Fair play and acceptable use

Do not cheat, use bots or exploits, tamper with the game or its data connections, scrape or copy the service, disrupt other players, or break the law. We may remove scores, rewards or accounts and suspend access if you do.

7. Sponsors and advertising

The game shows sponsor billboards and branded content. Their appearance is not our endorsement of any product. Sponsorship is arranged by written agreement. Contact ads@naijadash.com.

8. Intellectual property

DONMICAN TECHNOLOGY LTD owns the Naija Dash name, logos, game code, 3D models, artwork, audio and design. We give you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to play. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer any part of it except where the law allows. Any feedback you send may be used by us without payment.

9. Third-party services

The service uses third-party providers such as Cloudflare, Supabase and Google sign-in. Their own terms apply to their services.

10. Availability and liability

We try to keep the game working, but it is provided “as is”. It needs a modern browser, WebGL and an internet connection, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of virtual items. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other law that cannot be excluded.

11. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Naija Dash at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, for security reasons, or if we discontinue a feature.

12. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Nigerian courts have jurisdiction. If you have a complaint, email hello@naijadash.com first and we will try to resolve it quickly.

13. Changes and contact

1. What we store today

• Game progress and settings (naija3d, with a backup copy naija3d_bak): saves your progress, ₦ balance and selections in your browser so the game can resume.
• Sign-in session (nd_auth) and a sign-in prompt setting (nd_authseen): keep you signed in if you choose to create an account.
• Your storage choice (nd_game_storage, a cookie lasting about six months): remembers whether you allowed or rejected game storage on this website.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for marketing.

2. Requests to other services

To work, the game loads code from library hosts (cdnjs and jsDelivr) and connects to our database provider (Supabase). Google is contacted only if you choose Google sign-in. These services receive technical data such as your IP address.

3. Do you need to agree?

Storage that is strictly needed to run the game, keep you signed in or save your progress does not depend on consent. If you reject game storage, the game may not save progress or keep you signed in.

4. Your choices

You can change your choice using the notice on this site, or clear storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time. Clearing them removes local saves that are not linked to an account.

1. Nothing to pay to play

Naija Dash does not charge you to play, enter a competition or unlock a reward. There are no deposits and no purchases. Never send money to anyone who claims to be from Naija Dash, and never pay to “claim” a reward. We will never ask for your card number, PIN, bank password or one-time codes.

2. Rewards

If a reward competition is announced, its rules will say how winners are chosen and paid. Winners may need to confirm their age (18 or older), identity and payout details, and are responsible for any tax. Rewards are paid by bank transfer or another method stated in the rules. We handle payout details under our Privacy Policy.

3. Sponsors

Sponsors pay DONMICAN TECHNOLOGY LTD under a written agreement or invoice. Any refund for a sponsorship is governed by that agreement.

4. Refunds

Because players are not charged, there is nothing to refund. If we ever introduce a paid feature, the checkout will show the seller, price, payment provider and refund terms before you pay, and we will update this page first. Nothing here removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
